Revised Unit Cost For Teacher Trainings:
1) Per Day Local RPs are eligible for Conveyance:30 + Lunch:30 + (For Instructional days Honororium:125).
2) Per Day Other Mandal RPs are eligible for Actual TA + (For Stayed Days DA:150 ) + (For Instructional days Honororium:125).
3) General Subject day is also Instructional Day.


Pay actual TA Only. DA & Honorarium to the RPs shall be paid based on the no of days of instruction and attendance.

Today a Videoconference is Conducted to M.E.Os. In this Conference So many Items are come to discussion. Now I am trying give the main points to you.


1.Trainings to Primary/Upper Primary:
 
# SPD,Hyderabad given a three types of teachers to conduct trainings in
mandal/divisional Level.

      
    Opt 1.
The Teachers who are not have Census Duty are Compulsory for Tarinings.

             
   Opt 2.
The Teachers Who are interested to trainings either they are engaged in Census Duty.

             
   Opt 3.
The Teachers Who are Completed 90% Census Duty.

   
# RP's are compulsory transfer to other mandals (No RP in OWN Mandal).



2.Badi Bata Programme:
    # BADIBATA Programme for 2010-11 year will be started from 14.06.2010 to 28.06.2010.
    # A Meeting with MEOs to be conducted by RVM before 14.6.2010 to discuss the Conducting BADIBATA Programme.


3.Vidya Volunteers:
Our SPD, Dr. Md Ali Rafath, IAS given a Plan of Action to select Vidya volunteers for 2010-11 academic Year.

4.Children With Special Needs (CWSN):
IERC: MEOs are requested to identify One Primary / Upper Primary School nearer to MRC having one / two rooms should have some space for constructions of CWSN friendly toilet for IERC (Inclusive Education Resource Center). A sign board with SSA logo may be kept in IERC.

5. RBC / NRBC:
 ALS Coordinator Sri Ramesh garu announced a news regarding RBC/NRBC for 2010-11 Academic Year. That is total 32 RBCs will be established in Nellore District. These are not act as previous RBCs. Due to RTE effect these are only act as Tution centers for Children in their catchment area. So he is requsted MEOs to identify a Caretaker to impliment RBC succesfully.

After declaring results for class 12th, CBSE – the Central Board of Secondary Education isgoing to announce class 10th results today. CBSE will declare this results today around 10am. The results can be checked online on CBSE’s websites and through other media including IVRS and SMS.

Grades or Marks?

 As CBSE has announced it previously, from this year only grades will be awarded to students. Hence, no student will fail in CBSE class 10th examinations. This is the most revolutionary change in Indian educationsystem.
But, students need to work hard because admission and subjects for the next class will depend upon your grades now. We have also heard that several CBSE schools are planning to organize an aptitude test for admissions in class 11th.

SSC 2010 - Results

SSC-2010 Results Analysis:
The pass percentage of the regular and private candidates of March-2010 is 81.63% and whereas the percentage of passes in March 2009 is 78.83. There is a increase of 1.80% this year. Girls got slightly higher percentage of passes then boys.
Nizamabad District secured highest percentage of passes that is 92.65% in the state and Hyderabad district secured lowest percentage that is 71.79%
Supplementary Exams From June 26th: 
The Director of Govt Exams Suhasini told to us, “SSC students who got fail or Grade "E" they have to attend the supplementary exams, the exams starts from 26th June and ends on 7th July”. The timings of the supplementary exams were morning 9.30 am to 12.00 noon.
“Since the time available for conduct of supplementary Examinations is short, without waiting for results of recounting, the failed candidates of SSC March 2010 who want to appear for SSC Supplementary examinations, June 2010 may remit examinations Fee as per the following due dates”, Director said.
The last date for remittance of examination fee by candidates to the Heads of schools is 16th June 2010.
The last date of submission of Computer extracts by the DEO's to the Office of the Director of Government Examinations is 21st June 2010.
Re-Counting Fees:
The candidates who desire to get their marks recounted should remit Rs.250 per paper with in 30 days and Rs. 500 per paper from 31 days to 60 days from the date of publication of results. The candidates can apply for recounting of marks directly to office of the Director of Govt Exams, AP, Hyderabad through Govt. Treasury Chelan.
The candidates can remit into SBI / SBH only under following Head of Account.
0202 Education, Sports, Arts and Culture, 01 General Education, 102 Secondary Education, 06 Director Govt. Exams, 800 User charges or Through Demand Draft (DD) obtained from SBI / SBH in favor of Secretary to the commissioner for Government Examinations A.P, Hyderabad.

    ORDER:
    In the Government Order 2nd read above, orders were issued constituting Ninth Pay Revision Commission and Government appointed  Sri C.S.Rao, IAS., (Retd) as Pay Revision Commissioner. In the Government Order 2nd read above, the terms of reference of the Pay Revision Commissioner were laid down.

    2. The Ninth Pay Revision Commission submitted its report to the Government on 05.12.2009 and
    recommended, inter alia, as follows in respect of pensionary benefits:

    (i) The training period of Police constables, the apprentice period of teachers and any other section of the employees for whom training or apprenticeship is a pre-requisite be reckoned as ualifying service for purpose of pension.

    3. After careful consideration, Government decided to accept the above recommendation of the Pay Revision Commission and the Government hereby order that, in respect of the employees who retired/retire on or after 1.7.2008, the service put in by him/her from the date of joining should be taken into account for reckoning qualifying service for purpose of pensionery benefits irrespective of the fact whether he/she was paid salary or stipend for the period of training/ apprenticeship, if any, if such period of training/apprenticeship is a pre- requisite forappointment, provided that he/she was appointed by the competentappointing authority after following the rules of recruitment to the post.

    4. Accordingly, the following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazettee.
    N O T I F I C A T I O N

    In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all the powers hereunto enabling the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 issued in G.O.(P) No.88 Finance & Planning (Fw.Pen.I) Department dated 26.03.1980, as subsequently amended from time to time.

    A M E N D M E N T
    In the said rules, to rule 16, the following proviso shall be added,namely:-

    “Provided that in respect of the employees who retired/retire on or after 1.7.2008, the
    training period of the employees for whom training or apprenticeship is a prerequisite shall be reckoned as qualifying service for purpose of pensionery benefits irrespective of the fact whether he/ she was paid salary or stipend for the period of training/ apprenticeship, if any, if such period of training/apprenticeship is a pre- requisite for appointment.”
