Download this file and follow these steps
1) Open this file and 'DATA' sheet
2) In that sheet change data with your mandal data (name of the mandal,no.of PS,no of UPS, no of HS)
3) Then cross check the Proforma-3,4
4) If possible apply 'copy and Paste Spl values' method.
5) and mail to concerned.
