To day ALS Coordinator,RVM,Nellore Sri Ramesh garu gave the below instructions to submit the ANNEXURE-1 on behalf of the Identification of Neighbourhood Schools. Our State Govt was planned to put NEIGHBOURHOOD SCHOOL Data into website. So, We will submit Annexure-1 again with below guidelines on or before 22-04-2010.
GUIDELINES
* All Habitations shall be incorporated in the Format even if there are no Neighbourhood Schools to any Habitation.
* There is a possibility of having more than one Neighbourhood School for an Habitation and also more than one Habitation may have same Neighbourhood Schools.
* The no. of Habitations shown in Annual Plan of 2010-11 shall be tallied with the no. shown in the Format. As far as possible there shall not be any variation in the no. of Habitations.
* There is no need to include the Habitations without Population as on date.
* In respect of Schools, the details may be tallied with DISE data. If any School is not covered under DISE, it may also be incorporated in Neighbourhood Schools Format.
* The signature of the concerned MEOs shall be obtained in the Format and kept at the DPO for future reference.
* The details shall be typed in A4 size paper with Verdana font with size 10 and Landscape Orientation.
